Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of elvararenovations.com (the "Website") operated by Elvara sp. z o.o. ("Elvara", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Separate written agreements apply to renovation and interior services we perform for clients.

2. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website only:
- For lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
- In a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website;
- Without attempting unauthorised access, interference, scraping at scale, or disruption of our systems;
- Without introducing malware, automated abuse, or false enquiry traffic.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the Website is being misused or for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Information on the Website is for general guidance. Submitting an enquiry or request for a quote does not create a binding contract. Quotes, scopes, timelines, and prices are confirmed only in a written agreement or accepted offer signed by both parties (or otherwise expressly agreed in writing).
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (contact details, property access, scope preferences). We rely on that information to assess feasibility and prepare proposals.
4. Services and contracts
Performance of renovation or interior work is governed by the applicable service contract, specification, and Polish law. These Terms do not replace contract documents. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that project.
- Schedules may depend on site conditions, permits, material availability, and agreed change orders;
- Variations to scope are documented and agreed before execution where practicable;
- Payment terms, warranties, and handover procedures are set out in project-specific documentation.
5. Your responsibilities
When engaging with us, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to the property and relevant decision-makers;
- Obtain permissions from owners, landlords, or managers where required;
- Disclose known hazards, structural issues, or restrictions that may affect works;
- Review and approve key stages within agreed timeframes to avoid delays;
- Comply with applicable building, safety, and community rules on site.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, including text, layout, graphics, logos, images, and design elements (except third-party materials), is owned by Elvara or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written consent.
Project drawings, visualisations, or bespoke plans prepared for you may be subject to separate licence or ownership terms in your service contract.
7. Website content and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. Illustrations, renders, and photography may show finished examples or staging and may not represent every project outcome.
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure operation and may update, withdraw, or modify pages without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elvara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Polish law. Liability related to performed services is addressed in the relevant service contract.
9. Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or tools (for example fonts, video hosting, or analytics when consented). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate the Website and communicate with you. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Warsaw shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to use of the Website, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant you rights in your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU/EEA.
We encourage you to contact us first at elvara@op.pl to resolve concerns amicably.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the Website, our services, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
