What services does Elvara provide?
We coordinate renovation and interior upgrade work for residential and commercial properties in Poland — including refreshes, fit-outs, finishing, and related upgrades. Scope is defined in writing for each project so expectations stay clear.
How do I request a quote?
Use the Get a Quote option on this website or email us at elvara@op.pl. Share location, approximate scope, and any photos or plans you have — we will follow up with questions and, where appropriate, a structured proposal.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Warsaw and work across Poland depending on project size and schedule. Tell us where the property is located and we will confirm availability early in the conversation.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines depend on scope, access, materials, and approvals. After a site review or detailed brief, we provide a planned schedule with key milestones. We communicate proactively if conditions on site require adjustments.
Do you handle permits and formalities?
Requirements vary by building, municipality, and type of work. We clarify what is needed for your project and coordinate with you (and specialists where required). Ultimate responsibility for statutory approvals may remain with the property owner unless otherwise agreed in contract.
Can I stay in the property during works?
Sometimes partial occupancy is possible; often it is safer and faster to vacate affected areas. We discuss dust, noise, utilities, and access before work begins so you can plan accordingly.
How are changes to scope handled?
Changes are documented and agreed before execution where practicable — covering impact on cost and timeline. This keeps the project transparent and avoids surprises at handover.
Do you work with designers or other contractors?
Yes. We can collaborate with your architect, designer, or property manager, or recommend trusted partners when needed. Roles and communication channels are agreed at the start of the project.
What payment terms do you offer?
Payment schedules are set out in your contract — often tied to agreed milestones. We explain terms before work starts so cash flow is predictable for both sides.
